Image of Sampson

Sampson Le Potter was the earliest potter we have records for, active in Brill during the 13th century. Our Sampson Flat White cup draws from these early Medieval forms, and nods to the rich green glazes seen on some of these earlier works.

- Stoneware Flat White cup.
- Simple in design and minimal in decoration.
- Handthrown on a pottery wheel.
- Commoner ‘Osbert’ stamp near base.
- Please do expect some variation from the image shown. As these are handmade, no two are the same.
- Handwash to preserve the life of the piece.
